Yes, I have read about Hyperlinks, but I was not able to find instructions for how to drag-drop E-mails into the Doc pane to create links to the E-mail. If I drag-drop, it just shows that subject of the E-mail and the recipient's E-mail address.
Maybe it is there somewhere, but I couldn't find it (I searched for "Doc" in the page).
So I have to first open the Hyperlink dialogue in the Doc pane and then drag the E-mail there?
That works, but difficult to use when I am "in the middle" of dragging an E-mail from Outlook.
I tried to drop it directly on the hyperlink icon, but that didn't work.
It is much easier to drag it to the grid and drop it there as an item. I was hoping that I could do the same in the DOC pane.
