When I combine two fields with "AND" or "+" in "Fields to search" on Advanced Search, they both produces "OR" in filter box of Search grid.

In v121Pre8, the Advanced Search pane has been extensively updated. The doc will follow

FYI, the "AND", "OR" etc operators are only used for the search string, not the field list (which are always 'OR'ed)
