Put thread title at the top of the thread

It's funny, I never noticed this before.  When I clicked on Forum > Updates from the side menu, I got the list of "Recent Forum Posts."  I clicked on the top link, the thread title "Can a JOIN statement be used to combine information from grids?".  So then I was taken to the page that has the discussion in that thread - https://infoqubeim.com/drupal5/node/6019 .  I asked myself, what is the title of this thread?  And then I noticed that the thread title - i.e. "Can a JOIN statement be used to combine information from grids?", is nowhere visible on that page.  I think it would be good if the thread title appeared just above the "original post".

Just for example, there doesn't seem to be any way to see the title of this thread, except to go back to the index of the "Site Suggestions, Index" forum section.  Only in that index can I see that the title of the thread is "Put thread title at the top of the thread".  That title is not visible on this page, which contains the posts in the thread.  Nor is the thread title visible by hovering over the tab in Chrome, that only gives me "Infoqube IM - Community".  (If the title of the thread was put in the <TITLE> element of this web page, it would show up in the Chrome tab, the Chrome tab tool tip text, and also in Chrome's Open Tabs drop down menu.)  But better to have it over the original post, like here, where the thread title "Everything roadmap" is shown over all the posts: https://www.voidtools.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=16360
