Customize Toolbars > Commands

1) Categories list should be in alphabetical order.  Right now, you have to scroll up and down the list to find a category in what appears to be a randomly-ordered list.

2) "All Commands" should be at the top of the list (it will be if sorted alphabetically).  I don't see the logic in having it 2nd to last.

3) One category is named "[Empty"].  Is this a typo that needs correcting?

Seems like I brought this up a long time ago.  Maybe it's something out of Pierre's control.

Hi Wayne,

  1. Categories list generally follows the order on the top menu system. I can change that, but it is a lengthy process. MS Office used this order and I followed it
  2. I don't control where All Commands is shown
  3. I'll try to move this section closer to the end of the list. It is complicated to hide it

The menu system contains over 600 commands and re-arranging these is painful. The designer UI I'm given is slow and unfriendly

Some UI use an "old-school' context menu because it would add more to the already 600 commands buttons. There is just so do that I cannot realistically spend more time on this. It is the same with translations. I'd like to support languages and some areas of IQ does, but most does not because it would be too much work for a one-man show which is what IQ is :-(

Thanks for your comprehension.
