Copy/paste does not capture full formatting in WYSIWYG mode.

Select text>ctrl-c>ctrl-v>HTML Format =

Copy captures the bold setting but not the text color and highlighting.  

If you turn off WYSIWYG, it does correctly capture all formatting but I don't like working in that mode.

Is there any way to get copy/paste to work correctly in WYSIWYG mode?
