Ability to suppress or set defaults for certain dialogs

Hello,

I would like to submit a feature request regarding several confirmation dialogs that appear very frequently during everyday use of InfoQube.

In workflows involving extensive drag & drop operations, especially when working with repeating items and field inheritance, the following dialogs are triggered repeatedly:

  1. “Update repeating date?” dialog
    – Ideally, it would be very helpful to allow users to define a default answer (e.g. Yes) or to suppress this dialog entirely via Preferences.
  2. “Processing inheritance for field (…) – This item already has a value (…)” dialog
    – Similarly, an option to define a default behavior (e.g. Replace with the value from the new parent) or to disable this dialog would significantly improve workflow efficiency.

Currently, these dialogs appear dozens of times per day in drag-and-drop–heavy workflows, which causes frequent interruptions and slows down otherwise smooth operations.

Suggested enhancement:
Add a Preferences section allowing users to:

  • Suppress selected confirmation dialogs in options, or
  • Define default (“safe”) answers for them

Thank you for considering this request and for the continued development of InfoQube.
