Situation:

 

Working in standard e-mail view

clicked on a link In html window

open in new window

window opened link address

clicked on close window command within html window

changed focus to different e-mail

html window remained static

then went blank

closed / re-opened grid to same result

 

Resolved by re-starting IQ

fonts within html tiny, tiny, tiny

Resolved w zoom

 

Also, no way to see e-mail attachments
