It looks to me like I've lost all my wikitags between 924c & 924d. Anyone else?

What do you mean ? Items lost WikiTags in the "WIKITag" field ?

What I mean is that the WikiTag field is a list of categories. That list no longer exists in the field, i.e. there is no drop down menu to select from, etc. However, wikitags assigned to items still show up in a grid column cell. I know how to re-construct the list from the column but this is strange. Never seen anything like it before.

The list is still there in the add item window, in a brand new DB.

Don't remember if there was a list view elsewhere though, in the previous version,  since I don't use WikiTags per se (as I explained somewhere else : I use the WikiTags field, but without the { }, as a simple category field.).

do you mean that the drop-down list is empty ?
That hasnt happened here - i.e. no changes with my regular database - if you look in the Manage Fields is 'Auto List' (still) ticked?
If not tick it and see if it works then
