Anyone out there? What's happening in IQ world? My birthday is long gone & still no calendar

I'm working on 0.9.25W6 which will fix a number of issues, including better printing.
 
Just a reminder, there is a calendar in IQ... what's coming up is sync with Google Calendar (and from there to your smart phone)

True. But the calendar is primitive by comparison. OTOH, IQ is extraordinarily sophisticated so maybe there's a balance but from a generally practical POV I think with a truly integrated calendar with a google -- or better -- GUI,  IQ would be a such a LEAP FORWARD. What frustrates me is that we have all been using a beta for years so why not use more advanced, not quite polished calendar module? My recollection is that it is at least half finished & that was at least a year ago. So why not release what you have so far? What's the downside?

Humm...
 
The current calendar is "primitive" ? There are improvements to be made, but it is a fully functional calendar, and there is no plan to change the main calendar module.
 
A new UI, inspired from Google Calendar, is planned to enter / edit events however:
 
 
Other than that and sync, no other major change is planned...
 
Hope that makes it clearer...

I think a realistic ETA would be very helpful - even if it's well into the future (with apologies if you've done that elsewhere).
