FYI, I put some InfoQube info on Wikipedia and Quora. Here are the links, for both I tried to keep it succinct and accurate. If you think I missed something key on Quora please do let me know. If you think I missed something key on Wikipedia then go ahead an update it :).

I didn't see anything wrong in your description.
I remember Pierre trying to add an entry to Wikipedia a looong time ago, when IQ wasn't as "old" as it is today. SQLNotes (at the time) was rejected as too "fringy", IIRC.
 
I wonder if such an article would be accepted today.
