Copy special was previously fixed so items retained their original creation dates when pasted in another database.
That no longer works on my system. It inserts the current date in the ItemCreated field.
1) Edit>Copy>CopySpecial>6
2) Edit>Paste>PasteSpecial>Items in XML Format
In paste options dialogue I check "Paste item's created date and modified date". It still shows today's date.
Is there something I can do to make this work again? Rebooting didn't help.

Apparently, this was fixed for top level items only. If you use option 6 (items and sub-items), the created date for sub-items is set to now
It is fixed in the next version
p.s. Modified date may or may not be the same. It depends if adding the item in the new IQBase changes some values which would trigger an update to the modified date

It was working at all levels at one time. I used it to copy many items with multiple levels of subitems.
Right now, it's not working at any level (for me).
