Even though the grid where they (initially) appeared was not filtered to exclude Done items - please fix!

Please see attached file - in the Inbox grid, for example, if I right-click an item and then click Mark as Done, and then F5 to refresh the grid, the item which I marked as Done disappears.

I noticed that this does NOT happen if the item I click Mark as Done is a sub-item (=indented) of a regular item.

Also, it seems that this behavior already existed (at least by me) in pre10, and possibly earlier; I only noticed it today after updating my desktop to pre11, but I was able to reproduce this on my laptop, which is still running pre10.

The Done field in the Welcome to IQ sample file has an auto-assign rule to uncheck Inbox (check field properties > Equations)

It also has other rules (to change the item color and font):
