When choosing "selected items and columns" I see that some items (the ones that are deep in the outline do not appear indented as they should. Instead, they are LEFT justified. Without reference to the outline number, I would think that these are TLIs. I cannot detect a pattern. Most items are correctly positioned in the outline, even others that share the same level as these anomalies. What is happening?

I'd need a little bit more info :
  • A screen capture of the dialog (HTML Export -- Use Settings), as there are numerous options there
  • The output html file (if possible)
