Confirmed. I don't know when this was introduced, but I know it was present in the P versions.

Thanks for reporting. There are 2 separate issues here
  1. The "now you see it now you don't" is the other issue (pane sync) reported elsewhere and fixed in v0.9.25U
  2. The content deletion not working is now fixed in v0.9.25U
I'll issue it today as these are pretty serious issues
