I move an item that "not Is Blank" under another that "not Is Blank" - it disappears. (The display jumps a bit - it took me a while to relocate the new parent). The new sub-item & new parent are still ticked for the filtered column so both should show - but only the parent shows. I try "Show all sub-items" - tells me filter will have to be removed.

 

I try refresh - when I refresh, the arrow before the item shows to indicate sub-item. I click on it, nothing happens, except that it (the arrow) disappears.

 

I can display the 'missing' item in another grid and can see it's new sub-item and, as said before, it is ticked for the filtered field.

 

 

I can reproduce this in sample file with Welcome grid & ItemHasHTML field
