No sound on video.
Resizing HTML Pane causes IQ to hang also.

Yes, I think it may be the same problem. I mentioned above that resizing causes a hang (crash) too.

As my own experience has confirmed,
(1) the problem of InfoQube's hanging when the HTML panel is moved or undocked is the same as the problem of IQ's hanging when the HTML panel is resized;
(2) the problem is caused by incompatibilities with Internet Explorer 9 (as explained by Pierre at http://www.sqlnotes.net/drupal5/index.php?q=node/2377 ); and
(3) the problem is solved by uninstalling IE9.
