I never print, but when I do, I just filter out all items I don't want to be printed.

 

There are a few  ways to do that.

 

Some ideas : create a field just for that (a Yes/No "print" field), and filter out all items which don't have the print field checked.

 

Otherwise you could use the "tag" feature, etc, etc. Then print.
