Pierre, I defintely think IQ should have some sort of recycle bin.
 
Yes, you do provide warnings but IMO the program is so complex that users will invariably end up deleting items when they didn't mean to. Valuable info could be lost.
 
Not for nothing but both ADM, UltraRecall & I believe Zoot, have this facility

Will do and it is planned. There is limited undo right now and backups

Also, the undo right now does not always work as expected. If two items in the grid are selected and the del key is pressed, the text is deleted. On pressing Ctrl-Z only one of the two text items is restored.
