Documentation says that I should be able to see "User code" on the "View" menu (at least that's what I infer from the information in the documentation on parent-child (column) equations/functions.  It's definitely not there.

 

I have all menu items showing, and I've been through the "modify toolbars/menus" dialogue pretty thoroughly, and see no mention of that menu option.
