Anybody else having trouble posting to this forum using Chrome?  I just can't get Chrome to give me a blinking cursor in this "Body" box, at least not on this computer.  I can always do so with Firefox, but it's a bit of a pain to have to load Firefox and log into the website with Firefox.

The "Body" box is the "Comment" box... right ?

tried it on three different computers, same result.
 
Windows 8.1 64-bit on all three computers; on one laptop Chrome version is 35.0.1916.86 beta-m.  The Chrome on my desktop Windows is version 34 something - can't be more specific at the moment because I've booted the desktop to Ubuntu for right now.
 
Tried posting a comment to this forum in Chrome on Ubuntu 14.04 64-bit- same result, can't do it!  Chrome version Version 34.0.1847.132 in Ubuntu.  The blinking cursor never appears in the Comment box.  But right now I am making this post in Firefox on Ubuntu 14.04 64-bit, no problems.

Chrome is a 32-bit app (at least at this time) and I've tried it on a 64 bit machine running Win 7 without any problem...
Perhaps it is related to Win 8.1
Anyone running Win 8.1 report back ?

Like my signature says, I'm on Windows 8.1, and... posting with Chrome without any problem whatsoever.
 
Maybe a setting in the forum (the comment box has a few settings) ? a specific chrome Add on ? a sandbox problem ?
 
[To be fair, I haven't recently updated to the last Windows 8.1 patches and stuff. I might do that next weekend.]

I guess it's some extension or other.  I opened up a Chrome Incognito Window (in which chrome extensions are disabled), and I loaded this forum page.  And here I am posting a reply in this thread!
 
Now to try to find what extension is preventing the forum page from working properly.
