I couldnt find any thread on the topic so thought I'd start one for minor bug reports etc

I see it seems to have fixed Keeping edit-focus when moving away & back to IQ window

Delete key does not work in cells when in WYSIWYG modus..

(Confirmed in sample file.)

Grrr, lost a full day yesterday on this issue. It is a known issue with embedded IE editors, the solution is complex.

Anyways, I got around the problem and found a solution.

I sympathise with the struggles -

and many thanks for the fixes !!

Enter key does not work to 'close' editing - nor does it work with any qualifier key.

With this setting unticked: 1.2.14 while editing, Enter creates a new item

If I enable the above setting, it doesnt make any difference (i.e. it does not work).

Note that the way it goes to a new line when editing a cell is initially confusing - at first I trhought it had deleted my text because I could no longer see it.

Would be nice if we could eventually see all - or at least a few lines of the text while editing

Enter key handling in WYSIWYG mode is now the same as when it is off

Most issues should be fixed in v0.9.26prerel34

Minor bug:

Start IQ (I used clean portable 34 version)

I created a new sample database to text
select an item in the grid
Press enter to create a new item
Start typing - only the first letter types - I have to click in the field to get it to continue typing

Above is fully reproducible -

in my everyday portable 'install' & file, this happens much more often than simply after first opening - but I cant yet see why else it happens.

I cannot replicate your problem. Perhaps Pierre has some idea what the problem may be. I'm using 35 portable.

A weird little bug - unfortunately I cannot yet find the trigger (anyone else with the same problem?)

Sometimes when I create a new item and start typing - the font is completely different

I'm unable to upload an image now (my internet connection is that bad ATM)

My defaul font (set in Options 1.2.1) is Corbel 9point [ note: font is not set at a grid level ]
The rogue font is Times New Roman 12 point

NB: if I continue to type, and press enter, the content disappears - I have tried a few times in the same item and always end up deleting it and starting again (or doing something completely different)

This happens most times I'm creating new entries (and I dont make many new entries) but not consistently :-(

OK, fixed in v0.9.26PreRel36.

I'll get a couple of other fixes and release a version ASAP
