mouse over a field name in the properties pane, press ctrl : tool tip appears but shows "a" only.
 
It's been like that since a while maybe (?);  I'm seeing that on v59 and 62.

Initially, I was not able to reproduce it but I finally did.
The issue is only present when the Notifications pane is closed. Fixed in v63

Ah, that explains it, as I rarely use the notification pane.
