I've encountered this with a couple of PDF's.

 

I tried to delete an item with a PDF in the HTML pane.  When I enter "Ctrl-E", instead of getting the deletion dialogue, I get this dialogue popping up in the HTML pane:

 

 

If I try to create a new item by hitting "return", it instead pages down the PDF. 

 

Is it supposed to work this way?  It may be interfering with other grid shortcuts I haven't tried.  I was going to test this on other PDF's but I don't know how to search for PDF's in a database.
