A new problem, specific to version 75. The use of the keys tab and shift plus tab to navigate between columns in a grid no longer works. This requires all navigation to be undertaken using the mouse, which is inconvenient to say the least. I wonder if this has anything to do with the useful new facility to use shift plus F2 to invoke the new event dialogue for date fields? Possibly significant, I am using a French AZERTY keyboard; Windows 7.

arrows will work as a work around, providing you're not in editing mode.

The only problem is that arrows don't allow to move to left/right while preserving several items selection.
That said, tab/shift-tab works fine in 75a. And since it fixes a few other bugs (including the inheritance one), you should probably update...

One"other" problem with Shift-F2 not working with certain field types :  it's now difficult to edit in narrow columns (unless one makes columns wider, which is often note practical in terms of space).

Presumably, fixed in v75a? It's broken in v75.

I in part agree with Tom that the problem is solved in versions 75 a and 76; nevertheless, there is still an issue. It is true that tab and shift-tab now correctly navigate between columns provided that the whole field has focus. However, if you are already actively editing a field, pressing tab now inserts a tab character. The effect is that you cannot simply tab forward to the next field. Instead, you must first press enter so that the focus is on the entire field before you can tab out of that field. This is behaviour which I would expect In the Pop-up Editor http://www.sqlnotes.net/drupal5/index.php?q=node/142, but not when initially entering text.

Confirmed fixed in version 77 - thanks! Tab and shift-tab now correctly navigate between columns. [Regarding my earlier comment about tab character in the pop-up editor, I have no idea how to introduce a tab character using the pop-up editor – but I do not regard this as being particularly useful in any event.]
