How do I print selected cells or lines from a grid from within IQ?

I know I can copy / paste into notepad or something, then print but what a PITA

they're may be other options but I would  export to web-page and print from browser

Tom's way is a good one. Another is to :
  1. tag the items you want printed
  2. set the scratch grid to ItemsTagged
  3. Set the display options (parents, hierarchy, columns, etc)
  4. Print/Print Preview that grid
Alternatively, you can create a ToPrint grid which you would setup as you like (with source=ItemsTagged). Then whenever you want to print:
  1. In your working grid, tag your items
  2. Open the ToPrint grid
  3. Print/Print Preview that grid

Thanks Tom & Pierre. Are all these ideas workarounds or is this the way it's going to be?  Don't mean to sound ungrateful but it  feels a little kludgy to me.

I'll eventually add a Print dialog
