If user elects not to use Ecco type dot
IQ inserts an 'L" shaped line even for those items that don't have children
Would suggest in this case that the line be straight & only add extensions when there are children
IMHO it's a slightly confusing visual image the way it is
but -- not a big deal.

I only noticed this today Jan and thought of this post - it wasnt like this before -
I think before: the line down was continous and the horizontal bit went to the centre of the item text

True. It wasn't like that... A few months ago... Maybe back in October or something ? But then the "L" shape appeared. Don't know if it really bothers me or not...
