Item Bullets?

In the IQ Help File, I see several examples of Item bullets (like in Ecco). How do I change to the [Ecco] bullet format?
 
Note that the help file: http://www.sqlnotes.net/drupal5/index.php?q=node/710  shows how to set the bullets. However, this option is missing for me!?
Maybe this option was removed in a new IQ version (newer than the help file)? On purpose or a bug?

Yeah, bullets were causing some issues and they were removed. Nothing major, but since I had more urgent things to fix, it was simply disabled. They "should" return, one day or another...

Any ETA for "one day or another? BTW, when they return, can they be put on top of a multi-line item rather than in the middle?

This is something I miss a bit but I've gotten used to using alternate row backcolors to separate items visually.
 
I do often insert manual bullets using "alt-7".

Yes, I miss those as well; having terrible angst issues now..
Out of curiosity, I tried "alt-7" but that didn't do anything...?

It works in most programs, including InfoQube.  Hold down "alt" while pressing "7" on the keypad.  You can't use the 7 on the main keyboard.
 
As far as missing certain things in Ecco Pro, I do, too but in many cases, InfoQube accomplishes the same thing in a different, often more powerful way.  For everything I miss about Ecco Pro there are easily 2x more things I appreciate about InfoQube that Ecco Pro doesn't have.
 
Using my own experience, my best advice is to just be patient.  It took me a good while to start getting comfortable.  Until then, I had many moments of frustration.  In the end, it was worth it.
