Hi IQ users !

Question for you...

I considering switching the Expand All items and Expand Selected items shortcuts, so :
  • Ctrl + 1-9  would expand selected items
  • Shift + Ctrl + 1-9 would expand all items

The main reason is uniformity with other views (MapView, Surface). Also I find that, I more often want to expand one branch, not all...

To expand all items, simply do
  • Ctrl + A and then Ctrl + 1-9 or,
  • Shift + Ctrl + 1-9

Any Comments ?

Sounds good. I suggest that we have a command to expand all subitems of selected item.
Sometimes you want to see EVERYTHING which may be beyond 9 levels.

It's fine with me.

Same here. Although this could be problematic with infinite recursion.
(Before you could select all items and repress ctrl+shift+9, and do that a few times if necessary, but it doesn't work anymore.)

Sounds good Pierre. I use both, but dont see any big problem with it changing around

I've been using Ctrl+Shift+1-9 for years, first with Ecco and now with IQ.

Your idea is ok by me and makes sense.  I'll quickly adjust to Ctrl+1-9.

Fine by me - a useful rationalisation.
