I need to export selected columns (including the item column) in some format where text is selectable at least, with highlighting.
 

1) HTML should be ideal, but when I open it in IE (11) there is no wordwrapping (see image).

 

 

 

^ see the dark highlighted scrollbar there at the bottom (note screenshot is resized)
 

That makes is unusable for me (person I want to send to just has IE)

 

2) I then tried Export to Excel but it doesnt work (I have a memory of having this problem before but can remember how that went)

 

I get the message:

but no file is created (anywhere)
