I'm on version 98. When I use a column pop-up that is using a "list of items pop-up", the pop-up open on the other side of the screen. See attachment from testing database as an example.

Here's the thread where I posted the same problem last year: Pop-up position

Closing and re-opening the file fixed it but it's a problem that eventually comes back.

Yeah, it was somewhat fixed, but I guess it wasn't perfect...

I know always check the monitor setup before displaying pop-ups. Should fix it for good !

If it's caused by switching from one to two monitors, how do you keep it from recurring every morning when you turn your computer on?

I was just checking the count of monitors and if that changed, I updated the monitors information... it seems that it isn't sufficient

I now update the monitor information before displaying the dialog. Simpler in fact

Update monitor information where? I don't understand what you're doing to prevent the problem.

I use two monitors all the time. The only time the count is different is when I turn on the system in the morning. I have to turn on the monitors one at a time so for a few seconds I have only one monitor on. After that I have two monitors the whole day.

Sure. I misunderstood you. I thought you were talking about something I could do outside InfoQube to prevent the problem, but you were talking about InfoQube programming.
