 Not sure if it's a bug, missing the feature or my mistake, but the encoding is not working correctly. Specifically, the HTML editor does not read polish characters, yet the UTF-8 should have do this if I'm not mistaken.

IQ is Unicode ready, and is regularly tested for that, but I must admit it has been a while.
 
I just copy / pasted some polish to the HTML pane and it worked. Can you provide the steps to reproduce it ?

 It's getting messy when I'm editing already existing document. First edit/creating new doc works fine -> save -> browse mode -> edit document -> encoding gets messy.

 It doesn't read special character when added with use on WIN+N as well.

I'm not able to reproduce it. Perhaps provide detailed steps, starting from a sample IQBase.

I did more tests and these seems to be some situations where the encoding gets messed up
