1- "Enter" now directly adds the item to the DB (i.e. enter triggers the "add item" button) -- it could be a new standard, but we now need to press shift+enter to change line, which is different than how it used to be.

 

2- When win+n is pressed while in another app (let's say Chrome), IQ minimizes and the New Item dialog appears, but it doesn't have the focus.
