 I downloaded and installed the newest version of 0.9.108. I setup my options yesterday and when I came in this morning and loaded the application all of my options settings where gone. All of the settings reverted back to the default options. Any suggestions on how to prevent this from happening in the future.

That is strange. Please report back the content of Tools > Help > About > Support info (you can copy/paste)
 
Also, are you referring to settings in Tools > Options, and if yes, the General or This Database section

 Yes, the options that I am talking about are Tools>Options>Program>General & Grids.

 I loaded IQ this morning. And when I started using it I noticed that once again my Options resorted back to the defaulted settings.

Perhaps Onedrive is overwriting the settings file. Can you try to put the program files in a different folder ?

 I moved the program files to a USB drive and that seems to have resolved the issue.
