I know I can right click>close tab, Ctrl+W, Ctrl+F>Close tab or  aim for that hard-to-hit red x, but I have double-clicked on tabs so many times, being used to that feature in web browsers...
Low priority, but this would be very helpful when I'm in left-click mouse-mode.

Interesting option, I didn't know that trick. Which browser supports it ?
Tried all 4 I have, none worked...

Vivaldi. It reminds me of IQ in its configurability. And it has no silly closing of the program when the last tab is closed, like almost all the other browsers.

[/quote]Double click to close tab is also a feature in Directory Opus file manager FWIW.

PS Keith that last tab thing can normally be changed in Firefox based browsers.

In v111:
  • New: Tabs: Double-click on a tab to close it
