Hi, one question, if I have some (or may be  I don't know how many records fall in this case) duplicate records,
( When I mean duplicate I specific mean 2 records have the same "item" value. but may have different value for other 'field's as I imported from different of sources may be. )
How do I find out and merge those duplicated records as one record only ?

Please also suggest any practical ways to deal with my case.

Many thanks.

Regards/ Sean

If you have things with the same or similar names in the same grid you could sort the items and then scroll down looking for duplicates.

Thanks Paul, I can find those duplicates by simply 'searching' , however I want to see if there is a function to merge those duplicates into one single record.

Cheers.

In v111:
  • New: Live-Search: Show duplicate items. Uses the Item text by default, but can find duplicates in any text field

Thank you Pierre, will try update and see how this live search works in v.111.

However , is it a function which can automatically merge those duplicated records ?
