Using Cut & Paste on Collapsed Headers to re-organize a Document works great EXCEPT when the Collapsed Header being Cut is the LAST Header in the Document. Then the only thing that gets Pasted is the Text of the Header. Not really a common problem but it can cause you to lose a substantial portion of your Document.

Work-around is simple; temporarily place a Level 1 Header at the END of any Document that you are editing heavily.

Hi DragonGem,

Interesting use of collapsed headers I must say. But one which is not supported, for now at least.
In fact, when I try it here, it does not work well at all and messes up the document quite a bit

If you can report back the config (Doc pane IE version) and the exact steps used, perhaps I can fix it...

Yeah, I was pleasantly surprised at how well the process seemed to operate but haven't tried it with a full set of content yet (i.e. Tables, Images, Hyperlinks, etc.). I always store a copy of the Document in a separate TESTING Item beforehand and will continue to do so until I'm more comfortable with the results.

I'll do up a little movie along with a sample database once I'm convinced that the practice is worth recommending.
