 Hello,
   I was looking for a way to add a "Locked" column to the grids so I could see instantly which items are locked or not.   I did find the solution in the Help file  to drag it from the "Properties" window to the grid column  but I'm  curious why I can't add it from the "Add Columns" window and doesn't show as selected in there also.

Item Locked is not a normal field, so it isn't in the field list. I could create smart field, such as ItemParent, and handle it in code but never got around to do it.
You could create a smart field to show it in the list, which is just a query in the database, but like all smart fields, it would be read-only.

   Thanks for explaining that.  There's no need for you to change anything though, I just thought I was missing something and didn't know if I was doing it wrong.  But the drag and drop works perfectly
