Sorry, there's one that happened several times (so many that I gave up trying to use forms entry altogether).
 
Maybe five or six times I tried to use the forms (properties) window for data entry and got a situation where the entire  window froze.  I mean nothing was moving or responding.  I think I only saw it when I had thumbtacked the window, which I always did so that may mean nothing.
 
I had two forms opened at once, one for top-level cashflow items and one for line items (sub-items or children, in IQ terminology, I guess) in the cashflow app I was working on today.  Can't really give  you much more information now, but I'll try to recreate the problem tomorrow and take more note of circumstances.

Still having this problem.  For instance, I was just entering information into my cashflow form.  I have a drop-down menu for the item category (food, clothing, software, musical instruments, etc) with about 25 categories.  When I entered that field, which is about the 4th field (4th column in grid view), and clicked on the drop-down button, I got a list with only one item: beta, and then the whole form froze.  I could close the form but nothing else.  Reopened the forms window and it was still frozen.
 
Exited from the program, restarted it, opened the form window, and was still unable to enter anything.

Please check the latest version (0.9.24 pre-rel 4) to see if this is fixed
