Just updated to 113f and found that double-clicking an item no longer enters edit mode but instead expands/collapses the outline.

Is there any way to get this back?  Can't find anything in options or shortcuts.  Not opposed in principle to switching to another method to enter editing but breaking a five-year habit may not be easy.

Thanks for reminding me. I must put it back, as an option

I set options 1.2.25 to "Selected Cell Text". Try it to see if it suits your habit

It's not the way it used to be.  I could move the cursor to an item, quickly double-click, and be in edit mode.  With the setting you gave, you have to pause after the first click or it doesn't work.

I'll figure something out that works for me.  I guess I was wondering if this was a function that was consciously removed or is something else at work?

As I wrote in my previous post, I'll add it as an option:
  • New: Grid options: Double-click action: Edit or Expand / collapse

For now, there is also  "Any cell text", that way a single click starts editing

Pierre,

I apologize.  Somehow I completely jumped over your first sentence.
