1. How do I find the keyboard shortcut to add a new tag ?
 
2. When I right click within the Tags windows, a New Tag dialog box appears, but 1/4 of the dialog box is outside of the laptop screen, that is I cannot see the left quarter of the dialog box. I have to always drag the New Tag Dialog Box entirely within the screen each time I add a New Tag. How do I fix this ?

As for the Dialog Box, perhaps there can be a choice after adding a new tag, to allow us to add another at the same level and/or perhaps a choice to add a child until we cancel, instead of closing the dialog for each new tag.
 
How about adding an indication of what the shortcut key is when say I right click and see Add New Tag (that way, no one need to ask what is then obvious). It becomes intuitive and lower the learning pains for newbies.

Good suggestions. In v114e:
  • New: Tags pane: Add tag dialog now supports adding multiple tags at once (enter a comma separated list of tags)
  • Fixed: Tags pane: When adding a new tag, the dialog was not positioned correctly
