The following was posted in the comments within the manual, but did not appear in the forums, so I'm simply reposting it here under Suggestions.
You can assign extra fields by adding keywords at the end of the email subject line. The syntax is: Your subject line //YNField1 /TextField1=Cool /ItemID #Tag1
For Y/N fields: /YourField1 /YourField2 ...
Other fields: /YourField1=SomeFieldValue
If the field does not exist, the item text will show it to flag the error (i.e. ItemText /UnknownField1)
For tags: #TagName or #TagID
I noticed that if I had a subject line that has two tags,
Subject line //#Tag1 #Tag2
The tag assignment is correct provided Tag1 and Tag2 already exists in the InfoQube
If Tag1 exist and Tag2 does not exist, then only Tag1 is assigned and Tag2 is not assigned and there's no indication anywhere that this is the case.
Would it be possible for InfoQube to create a new Tag2 automatically and we be given a chance to decide where to place the Tag2 under with respect to the other tags.
This scenario of uncertainty would often occur (as I increase the number of tags) and say when I'm using a mobile device (in my case an android phone) and I'm using share to send a link via EmailToIQ and I'm trying to tag it at the time I'm sending the EmailToIQ. It's going to become diffcult to remember which tags I have already pre-existing in InfoQube.
When we have lots of tags as we build our databases,it can be difficult to remember whether we have a particular tag already pre-existing.
