Is there anyway to reset the sync status of all my IQ calendar events so that a sync would write them all back into the Google calendar instead of IQ deleting all the synced events?
 
I had emptied my Google calendar in the hope of achieving a full sync of IQ > Google (as that sync option isn't currently working), but apparently it doesn't work that way...

It's shown as an option here -- I not sure exactly what you mean by the above -- have you tried it?

Major problem as v115 is centered on fixing all Calendar issues, but it isn't near ready.
 
I'll release v114q today with a small fix so IQ >> Google now works (but still isn't fully tested)
So in the meantime, do not sync or leave it to IQ > Google as changing it back to Full will most likely delete all your IQ Events in that calendar.
Items and dates would not be erase of course, you would need to select all dates and do Item > Item Events > Create Event
To avoid this, leave it to IQ >> Google

I tried v114q with the one-way sync IQ > Google option selected but still lost a lot of items from my calendar so it seems not to have been fixed yet. I'm sorry this comes at an inconvenient time and don't won't to press you to rush 115. I can live without calendar sync for a while longer. I can just take photos of IQ's calendar of upcoming weeks as a de-facto one-way sync. I usually never enter events on the phone anyway (i.e. I put them into Google Tasks in plain text and later move them into the calendar from an IQ grid).
 
Tom: Many thanks for pointing me to the correct dialog. I was aware of the option in the UI, but Pierre had previously confirmed that it wasn't actually working as advertised.

A couple of questions:
  1. What percentage approx were copied over to Google ?
  2. These events have something in common ?
  3. Did you do a full sync for that calendar ?

 
The issue is perhaps related to the fact that the events were deleted... I'll look into it. 
Did you look at the Google Calendar Trash ? Perhaps you can retrieve all you events that way

I updated v114q to properly undelete events on a full sync (sync type IQ >> Google)

Very sorry, time was running and I never got round to trying it out before. Tried it just now and the value for the ItemInCalendar field stayed constant at 3406 before and after the sync, so no calendar events were lost in IQ. The Google calendar now holds all events as expected (checked a couple of weeks back and ahead from now). Wow, this seems to be the ticket. Hats off to you, Pierre!
