EDITED 2019-12-10 (Just realized the issue is with newer created items)
Hi Pierre,
Since v0.9.114p/q context menu (right-click) some times stops working when clicking on newer created items.
I can try hard, but the menu doesn't work with those items, as shown in this screencast: http://bit.ly/2qCq6R0
If you need further info, just let me know.
Thank you,
Carlos

I'm glad you found the solution to the issue.
I followed your advice for "switching to Windows standard 125% setting".
As I've experienced before adopting custom 120%, with default 125%, many apps have become blurry, including IQ.
As of my knowledge, I can tweak Windows 10 twofold for overcoming blurry apps:
1) In General Display Settings, set "Let Windows try to fix apps so they're not blurry."
2) For applications individually, I can tweak "High DPI scaling override>System (Enhanced)"
I tried all possible combinations regarding the two "global and local" settings. I came up with this combination working better with IQ:
1) OFF for General Display Settings, set "Let Windows try to fix apps so they're not blurry."
2) System (Enhanced) for "High DPI scaling override."
Although IQ is less blurry now, it is still not as sharp as when running under the custom 120% display setting!
When I set my display to custom 120%, I don't need to concern with blurry apps at all. I mean, those tweaks mentioned above are out of my concern since every app works sharp and crisp on my screen.
Would you have any other suggestion to set Windows and IQ to be presented without any blurry on screen?
I mean, I would like to try making IQ complete sharp and crisp on my screen when working with the Windows standard 125% setting.
Thank you!
Carlos
