See attached screenshot. I've seen a few reports of this with the first many months ago. If the cause is unknown could you just give us a year selection ASAP so we can easily get back to the right year without clicking 120 times :-)?

Thank you for the Today suggestion. I tried the Today button on the side and it does not do anything. I think it may be a header for feedback only even though it allows you to click om it. Anyhow, I tried the Today button at the top of the calendar and that does work.
 
I think the issue may occur after connecting and syncing new calendars, but not after that. Not positive though.
