No longer able to drag links from the Firefox address bar to the InfoQube grid. 
 
I recently updated to Firefox 72.0.2 but I thought that it was working after that (but not 100% sure).
 
Didn't fix the problem: restarting Firefox and InfoQube several time; rebooting computer.

Updating 114q to 114s didn''t fix it.
 
I see I had the same problem last September and never found the cause.  It eventually started working on it its own so maybe it will again.  Definitely a pain as I now takes several extra steps to capture each link.

Works fine here, also with FF 72.0.2 and Win.7 64bit. Opens the new item dialogue I also get if I drag a file to IQ -- I do  have to create a new item with it.

Maybe it's something like this and something has changed about your permissions or the way you deal with UAC on your system?

Perhaps give more details, such as if the hyperlink UI is shown and what text is actually pasted
A screen shot or screen cast would help

Looks like it's a new security setting in Firefox.  I actually got it working again by changing a setting but then read I shouldn't change that setting for security reasons.
 
I'll post the answer when I finish figuring it out.
