When using the properties pane, the rightmost button (clear form values) is covered by the scrollbar. This is on Windows 10. Can you please move the buttons a bit to the left so I can reach it?
This is now fixed in v115e, at least for the 110% and 120% scaling I tested
That said, you'd gain in screen clarity if you use one of the built-in scaling Windows provides and set the DPI scaling to System Enhanced. The text is just so much clearer...
Happy to do so, where do I set it to System Enhanced, is that in the windows options or IQ options?
I have my laptop connected to a second monitor, haven't customised any display settings, and the scrollbar overlap appears on both screens (1920x1080 and 1920x1200).
If I look in my windows options, the first monitor is auto-scaled to 175% (it's greyed out), the second one is auto-scaled to 200% (also greyed out), and both have the slider on for "Let windows try to fix apps so they're not blurry" (gotta love the way they talk down at us). My text isn't blurry - it matches the lower screenshot you posted when I increase zoom.
I think checkboxes should always be to the left in a list, as a general principle.
When I scan a list looking for an item, my eyes are moving straight down and most words are recognized by the first few letters. It just makes sense (to me) to have the checkbox right there in the same vertical space. The field can be found and checked in one smooth eye movement without having to zig zag my eyes back and forth.
Same principle applies when taking notes using bulleted summaries. Always put the key info at the beginning of each point and avoid introductory phrases etc. Ideally, you can understand the key info within th first few words. Makes it easier to find and understand info.
It would be a considerable improvement if the checkbox column could be dragged to either side, as the user prefers.
Looks like a great improvement. Also, would a custom font setting for the properties pane be possible? I think some users may want to squeeze in more info without having to scroll or edit fields to see more content by using smaller / condensed fonts. Some info might also be easier to compare when using a monosized font...
Wow, excellent! Zoomed out one step and now I can see about twice as many fields at a glance! Using the zoom command once on the Properties Pane has fundamentally changed the spacing of the fields. Even if I zoom back in, it is now showing fields in a much more compacted layout. Thanks!
