I recently updated to Windows 10 and re-installed InfoQube (116f).

When I drag a link from Firefox to InfoQube it creates a ghost image of the link address on my desktop.  The image remains on top of other programs so I can't just ignore it, and won't go away until I close InfoQube.  See below.

Same problem here, in my context dragging from Chrome, as shown in this screen-recording: https://bit.ly/3jw3UNH
When IQ is full screen, no problem. If the IQ window is resized, problem ways.
It seems like this other issue reported in this thread (bug already fixed):
'Drag & Drop from the HTML Viewer into the outline pane generates a "phantom" layer which remains on screen after minimizing IQ': https://infoqubeim.com/drupal5/?q=node/4565

Hi Wayne,

This happens when a URL is dragged over the Doc pane. It is an issue of the editing component I use (based on IE)
I was able to bypass it for drag-drop within IQ but have little control in this situation

Avoid dragging over the Doc pane and it will not occur.
If you have a ghost shadow shown, initiate a drag-drop in the Doc pane, it will make it disappear, no need to re-start IQ
