 Hi,

As shown in the screen-recording (https://bit.ly/3f46t9k), I'm trying to export to HTML (File > Export to) some IQ items that have different Doc Pane formats:
- Default Doc Pane
- MHT
- HTM

In the exported HTML, only the default Doc Pane content was included, and the MHT content don't appear.
Is it possible to export to HTML including Doc Pane content in MHT as well?

Thank you,
Carlos

Hi Carlos,

Indeed, the new export using Styles does not currently support MHT content. I'll add it to the list

Try Table with Columns (should work) or Bullet List (may work)

Hi Pierre,
As shown in the screen-recording (https://bit.ly/2JeXB4P) I tried all mentioned HTML Export methods (Styles, Table with Columns, and Bullet List), but none of them were able to include the Doc Pane's MHT content.
Actually, the "Styles" method is the one that would really fit my need, since I was trying to create a Manual document in MS Word, having IQ items interpreted as headings by Word.
It seems the "Table with Columns" and "Bullet List" don't create headings in MS Word.
When possible, please consider adding the MHT content support for exporting to HTML through the Styles method.
Thank you very much,
Carlos

Hi Carlos,

In v116l, I added support for mht files:
  • New: Copy as Outline now supports htm, md and mht files
Keep in mind though that mht can be quite complex and will be added as an iframe. This means that:
  1. iframe height is controlled by a field, ItemHTMLHeight
  2. The mht file must be present when the compound document is created (as it is embedded). If the file is not in the expected location, IQ will use its standard method to resolve the file

Hi Pierre.
Thank you very much for addressing this issue.
Nonetheless, as shown in the screen-recording (https://bit.ly/39PbwtM), in the tests I performed using IQ 116m the .mht contend was not included in the "Copy as Outline" output.
The .mht content I'm trying to export is very simple.
Could you please check what can be going wrong in my demonstration?
Best,
Carlos

Was this ever solved?  If so how do you export including the complete MHT file.  This would be the last hurdle for me.

Thanks,
Larry
