When I use Calendar, the Zoom function doesn't seem to do anything. Is this expected?

When I am using my laptop alone (as opposed to using a large monitor), the short events on my calendar become impossible to read (or the text disappears altogether), so I'm look for a way to be able to read them.

Thanks!

After re-reading the Help file, I discovered that Ctrl + mouse wheel does work, so I'm all set. But the Zoom functions via the menu and via toolbar buttons still don't seem to work on Calendar view, even with a clean version of IQ portable running a new file.

EDIT: I wonder if IQ tries to trigger a keyboard shortcut, and maybe it doesn't work because I have a Latin American keyboard?

Thanks for this. However the Zoom behavior that now works with the menu buttons appears to be different than the zoom behavior with Ctrl+mouse wheel.

With Ctrl+mouse wheel, zoom works as expected.

But with the menu buttons, zooming in causes the text to get much bigger while the size of the event boxes only gets slightly bigger, such that the text soon doesn't fit in the boxes.

Exactly:

  • Command button: changes font (does not change Calendar scale)
  • Ctrl+Mouse wheel or touchpad pinch zoom: changes scale (does not change font). To change the scale, you can of course choose the 1, 2, 3, 5, 7 buttons and the 3 display modes
How do I ?
