When adding a new item via ctrl-n, if you hit enter to commit rather than clicking 'add item' you end up with a blank line in that entry (see screenshot)

Also : when in-box is checked, the item has no grid-specific field added to it... What is the in-box check box meant for ???

This is now fixed
It is working fine here. Check In-box and the new item Inbox field is checked (and it shows up in the Inbox grid

To which field (exactly) is the in-box check box is associated with ? (is it "in-box" or "inbox" ? maybe have I renamed the field in the past... if this is the case, user shoud be warned to not rename specific fields which are used in functions, etc. Very important IMO)

It is FieldID=70. Users can rename it no problem.

Strange : there's still a problem here.

Here's how the item window look like

Now, after a refresh my inbox grid shows no new item.

It will work only if I select "inbox" in other fields.

[EDIT : "current grid" works well though]

My inbox field is effectively field # 70.

Don't know what the problem is... Something that I should reset ??

The steps to find the in-box are currently:

Find a grid with name "Inbox", if fails, then
Find the grid ID=58 (the original Inbox grid)

I'll add in Grid>>Properties>>Options: Option to set a grid as the "In-Box" grid.

And the new steps will be:

Find the in-box grid, if none defined, then
Add it to the InBox field (ID=70)
